#1 is to make sure we are getting plenty of rest and renewing our energy.
#2 is to investigate using all of our senses so we have a better sense of what's happening externally and internally.
#3 is being able to recognize what is and to simply be with it.
#4 is being able to recognize possibilities and being open to them.
#5 is we make a choice and be satisfied with our choice; and be satisfied with other's choices as well.
#6 is we take action and it is essential that we move in the direction of the choice we made.
#7 is being in resolution and staying resilient by committing to pursuing the next best choice and action.
With heart coherence practice, we can begin to make appropriate choices that create our desired outcomes.
